1. We appreciate your support for Thabitha Rhode and we want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. It could be that you just need to change sizes or have some alterations made.
2. Our return policy for made-to-order clothing is as follows:
3. As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind.
4. If you receive a defective item or if there is a mistake in your order from our side, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
5. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
6. We accept one free alteration for all domestic orders if the fit is not as desired. Please sent an email to info@thabitha-rhode.com, within 3 days of delivery.
7. Kindly note that the customer is liable for any expenses that arise from choosing the wrong sizes or providing inaccurate measurements.
8. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
